Colorado: Pit bull jumps fence to attack dog being walked on leash. Pit bull owners paid vet bill, but what are they doing to prevent the dog from attacking again???

COLORADO -- This poor pup got attacked by a pit bull yesterday! She is on the mend. She loved the vet and the very nice owners of the pit bull paid the bill.
