Had someone take the dog to the humane society. But instead, they took him to Allphins vet clinic and the dog was chipped so I can try and find out who I need to turn my vet bill into... for kitty is so pitiful.
Nice. This person was supposed to take the dog to the shelter to get animal control involved and instead they dumped it at a vet clinic? How can animal control do a report if they're not told about this?
