Florida: Melissa Payne, 55, accused of animal cruelty after six dead and four starving horses found on her property

FLORIDA -- Back in April, Melissa Payne was arrested and charged with animal cruelty. Four emaciated horses were seized from her property; another six horses were found dead - starved to death by Payne. 

I couldn't find any new stories about the case, but I'm assuming she did not take a plea and the case is heading to trial. That might explain the new mugshot.
