Daniel White was arrested and charges against him have been referred to the Walworth County's District Attorney's Office for trespassing, battery to a police officer, resisting arrest, failure to comply with an officer and disorderly conduct.

At about 12:38 p.m., Walworth County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a report of disorderly man who was on a woman's property at Oak Lane in the town of Sugar Creek. The 56-year-old woman alleges that White made threatening comments to two juvenile girls that were on her property.
Deputies John Czerwinski and Matt Weber met with White at his residence on Memorial Drive in the town of Sugar Creek.
White allegedly refused orders to provide identification, secure his dogs and speak to the deputies outside of his fenced in area, according to a press release from the Walworth County Sheriff's Department.
After repeating these requests, the deputies told White he was under arrest.
When White opened the gate to the driveway, White and his dogs came out. White then allegedly struck Czerwinski's face with a closed fist.
White's pit bulls then allegedly attacked both deputies as they attempted to take White into custody. Both deputies were bit by the animals.
One of the pit bulls bit White's face during this struggle, according to the press release.
Weber used his Taser, which released the dog that was biting Czerwinski. White has been booked and released and remains free after posting a signature bond on Sept. 25.
