I sugggest carry permits for these pet owners who are left to fend for themselves in this neighborhood

PENNSYLVANIA -- An American Bulldog Canonsburg neighbors said attacked two dogs was declared dangerous on Tuesday.

[The earlier article says the dog has attacked 3-4 other dogs.]

The attacks happened in August when the owner was taking the dog for a walk, officials said.

Of course the bulldog owner is happy -- his dog gets to continue
terrorizing the neighbors and their pets
During a hearing on Tuesday, the dog’s owner pleaded guilty to dangerous dog charges.  The owner faces fines and medical costs and has to put up at least two signs on the house, declaring that a dangerous dog is inside.  Also, the dog must be muzzled when it’s out.

Owners of the attacked dog are upset and think the bulldog should have been put down.

“I want the dog to be put down.  It’s not the dog’s fault, but it’s too late,” said Denise McCay, the owner of an attacked wiener dog.    “I’m still terrified to walk.”

The bulldog’s owner told the judge he registered his dog with animal rescue leagues, and he is looking to give the dog to someone out of state.

[Brilliant. In the video, he says he wants to "send him to a farm". Um, hello. What makes you think this dog is going to behave any better at a farm? There are simply more animals for this dog to attack, maul and kill.]
