Arkansas: Police respond to report of "dead tiger" on roadway; turns out to be stuffed animal toy tiger

ARKANSAS -- Authorities are breathing a sigh of relief after a report about a "dead tiger" along an Arkansas roadway turned out to be something completely different.

Police in Bryant, Arkansas were called out to a local road back on September 8th after a woman reporting finding a "dead tiger."

The woman told police that she stopped to take pictures of the animal but was scared to approach it.

But the police department reported on its Facebook page that the tiger turned out to be a large stuffed animal:

"Ofc. VanVeelen located the" tiger" and was even nice enough to give him a ride to the PD."

The tiger was "captured" and taken to the police station.
