A warrant was issued on August 7th for 45 year old Rebecca Marquis on faces ten counts of animal neglect.
She turned herself in to authorities Wednesday and is being held on $40,000 bond.
Authorities removed five neglected and emaciated dogs, six cats and a few kittens from garbage filled home.
Four of the dogs removed are now up for adoption at the Sullivan County Humane Society.
The other dog is still recovering.
The kittens did not survive.
