11-year-old boy recovering after Pit Bull attack

IOWA -- An 11-year-old boy is recovering after being bit by a Pit Bull on the way to the bus stop.

The boy's mother says he walks four blocks to the bus stop everyday, but this time his neighbor's dog got out and attacked him.

The boy was bit in his arm and mouth, but he will be okay. He went to the hospital immediately after the attack.

The dog is being quarantined for ten days while it is tested for rabies.

The boy's mother says the dog's owner is taking responsibility and is very apologetic.
