Ohio: Eric Kresowaty gets 3 months in county jail for throwing kitten against a truck

OHIO -- State v. Eric Kresowaty, a case we prosecuted, was investigated by the Wadsworth Police.

Defendant was found guilty of a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty for throwing a kitten against a truck during a family argument.

The primary witness was Defendant’s 4 year old daughter. The kitten was found to be bleeding from the nose and eyes.

Defendant was sentenced by Judge Stephen McIlvaine to 90 days in jail and was taken away in handcuffs.
