Man treated at hospital after mauling by pit bull dogs

OKLAHOMA -- Three pit bull dogs have been quarantined after they mauled a Grand Lake-area man on Monday, Delaware County Sheriff Harlan Moore said Thursday.

Alan Robinson, 53, "had bite marks on his face, arms, torso and legs," Moore said, adding that authorities haven't yet talked to the victim or other witnesses.

Robinson, who couldn't be reached for comment, was taken to Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa for treatment of his injuries, but Moore said he didn't know how many bites or related injuries Robinson suffered.

A hospital representative said Wednesday that Robinson had been released.
