Oklahoma: Ex-firefighter Zack Perry, already charged with child porn, bestiality is now accused of paying Melissa Humphrey to bring children to him so he could rape them

OKLAHOMA -- Zackery Blaine Perry, 30, of Muskogee has had more charges added to the charges he’s already facing for child porn and sex with sexual abuse of his dog, a Rottweiler named Guinness, according to a case filed in Muskogee County District Court yesterday.

He is now charged with conspiracy and sexual abuse of a child under age 12.

  

Zackery Perry is accused of conspiring with Melissa Marie Skelton (alias Melissa Humphrey), 25, of Stilwell to commit the crime of child sexual exploitation by producing and distributing pornographic images of Skelton posing nude and performing sexual acts with a 7-year-old girl.

Perry would travel to Fort Smith and to Stillwell to pick the girl up and take her to his home in Muskogee. This happened between November 2015 and December 2016, the affidavit says.

 

Perry is also charged with sexual abuse of a child under 12 for allegedly having sex with RAPING the girl after Skelton arranged for her to stay the night with him in Muskogee in May of last year.

Perry then told Skelton in detail, allegedly, all the sexual acts he had forced the little girl to do and sent pictures depicting the girl standing completely nude in his kitchen, the affidavit states.

 

 

Perry is also accused of giving Skelton money for posing nude and in exchange for “services rendered” (i.e. bringing him children to rape).

The affidavit also says investigators recovered pornographic material showing Perry sexually assaulting the seven-year-old girl.

Skelton has been charged with conspiracy and enabling child sexual abuse.

Law enforcement is asking anyone who might know of additional possible victims of Perry or have other information related to the case to come forward.

OKLAHOMA -- Zackery Perry, who is charged in Muskogee County District court with multiple child pornography charges and charges of having sex with sexually abusing a dog with an unidentified female, is in Muskogee County Jail after he was arrested yesterday around 3 p.m.

 

District Attorney Orvil Loge filed a motion on Jan. 24 to revoke Zackery Blaine Perry’s $25,000 bond because of the severity of the charges against him, stating “The Defendant is a direct threat to every child.

Further, the Defendant has access to the internet and his online accounts which he used in the commission of his crimes.”

A Muskogee judge granted Loge’s motion and revoked the bond.

OKLAHOMA -- Zackery Blaine Perry a Muskogee firefighter and clown, is charged in Muskogee County District Court with aggravated possession of child pornography, publishing, distributing or participating in obscene material, child sexual exploitation and crimes against nature, according to documents filed with the case.

Investigators are still going through electronics owned by Zack Perry and seized when police served a search warrant at his house, but even though they’re a quarter of the way through the search, they’ve found more than 1,300 images containing child pornography, a source inside the investigation told MuskogeeNOW.com.

In addition, investigators found a video of Perry, an unidentified female adult and Perry’s Rottweiler having sex. 

Perry’s face does not appear in the video, but he was identified by officers who could identify the dog and the residence where Perry lives and the video was recorded, they said.

In addition, Perry is charged with child sexual exploitation for allegedly asking a Muskogee woman he knew online to take naked pictures of her preteen daughter and send them to him. The woman went to police, which is how Perry was caught, the source said.

He faces a sounding docket at 10 a.m. on Feb. 2.

Perry, who had been placed on administrative leave, resigned from the fire department after he was arrested.

Affidavit narrative:
On 1-5-2017 the Reporting Party (hereafter referred to as "RP") brought her cell phone to the Muskogee County Sheriff's Office. The RP advised that the SUSPECT ZACK PERRY sent her child pornography photos and videos on the Kik app.

While looking through the content that was sent by SUSPECT ZACK PERRY there were two still photos of juvenile females that apepar to be under the age of 18. There were also four videos of juvenile females under the age of 18 performing sexual acts, some to older adult males.

In the conversation on the Kik app, SUSPECT ZACK PERRY asks the RP if she would be willing to send nude pictures of her daughter to post in the group he is in on Kik.

The RP advised that her daughter is 8 YEARS OLD.

SUSPECT ZACK PERRY's personal cellphone contained 1,378 images and videos relating or depicting CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.

Additionally, there were photos, videos and texts discovered that the SUSPECT ZACK PERRY has been involved in or facilitated the RECORDINGS AND SEXUAL ACTS BETWEEN AN ADULT FEMALE AND A DOG.

OKLAHOMA -- Muskogee Police served a search warrant on Friday at the home of firefighter Zackery Blaine Perry, 2703 Haskell Blvd., after it was reported that he was requesting pornographic images of a local girl.

Perry, 30, who proudly proclaimed his participation in clown activities with the department, was arrested on complaints of possession and distribution of child pornography.

“Obviously, the Muskogee Fire Department does not condone that kind of behavior,” said Chief Mike O’Dell. “He is on administrative leave until the judicial system can get this sorted out.”

Administrative leave means Perry can’t come back to work at the Fire Department until the case is disposed one way or another.

Zack Perry allegedly was conversing with a Muskogee mother for some time via social media, according to a law enforcement source, and eventually requested naked photos of the woman’s preteen daughter, from the neck down.

The woman went to the Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office, who notified the police department. Both agencies cooperated in the investigation and obtained a search warrant for his house and an arrest warrant for him. After the search, they executed the arrest warrant.

Police seized electronics, a computer, a phone and possibly a tablet from his house, according to two sources inside law enforcement.

Police say there is also video of a woman having sexual relations with Zack Perry's Rottweiler named Guinness. It is believed that Perry is the one who recorded the animal abuse.

The Muskogee Police sent the following release at 10 a.m.:

On Friday January 6th Investigators from the Muskogee Police Department along with investigators from the Muskogee County Sheriff’s Department made an arrest and served a search warrant in relation to the Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography.

Zach Perry was arrested after he allegedly sent messages and videos of what investigators believe to be child pornography.

The Reporting person contacted the Muskogee County sheriff’s department after Perry allegedly asked for photographs of her child. The Sheriff’s Department investigators then contacted investigators with the Muskogee Police Department and based on the evidence obtained from the previous messages between Perry and the woman, investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Perry and a search warrant for his phone, any other electronic communication devices.

Perry was arrested January 6th at noon without incident and was booked into the Muskogee County Jail on complaints of Publication, Distribution of Child Pornography.

At this time the investigation is continuing and has not fully concluded. No more details on this case are available at this time.

Our concern at the Muskogee Police Department is the ever increasing availability of apps and social media chat rooms that are being used by perpetrators to distribute or solicit child pornography.

Parents need to be extremely aware of what is on their children’s phones, laptops or any other communication device that they may have.

While in this situation the suspect was not directly contacting a child, the probability of that occurring is extremely high unless parents keep a watchful eye on their children’s social media and any apps that can be used to chat, send pictures or videos. That would include apps and communication platforms on gaming systems such as Playstations and Xbox’s.

Washington: Police say retired firefighter tried to pimp dog online

WASHINGTON -- A retired firefighter accused of soliciting others online to have sex with his German shepherd was arrested Monday after a Seattle police investigation.

Detectives with a Seattle Police Department-based online sex crimes task force arrested the southwest Washington man after discovering the 56-year-old had offered his dog up online for sex, an SPD spokesman said in a statement Thursday.

The man is also said to have had sexually-oriented online discussions with a couple convicted of molesting a young child.

Investigators arrived at the man’s Toledo home on Monday to serve a search warrant. According to police, detectives searching the man’s computer found images depicting the sexual abuse of children.

Police claim that, in instant messages with the couple, the man said he liked to watch adults abuse children and offered to set up an encounter with a young child. Investigators found he posted an offer online to provide his German shepherd for a sexual encounter.

“He included a detailed description of his dog’s genitals, and bragged about previously coordinating a sexual encounter between a neighbor and his dog, which he said was witnessed by another young child,” police spokesman Jonah Spangenthal-Lee said in a statement.

The man, a retired firefighter from California who relocated to Washington recently, was booked into Lewis County Jail following the search. He recently gave up his dogs, though detectives are investigating whether any of the animals were abused.

Santa Clara firefighter, Nicholas Luiz, 32, arrested for allegedly killing puppy

CALIFORNIA -- A firefighter with the Santa Clara Fire Department is off the job following his arrest this week after he reportedly admitted to killing his pet German shepherd at his Napa home, and police allege he had been abusing the animal for its entire five-month life, authorities said.

Nicholas Joseph Luiz, 32, was arrested Wednesday and booked on suspicion of felony animal cruelty, according to a news release from the Napa Police Department. He is not in jail.

Santa Clara Fire Chief Bill Kelly said Luiz has been placed on paid administrative leave and that the department has launched an internal investigation.

"It was disturbing when I heard this news," Kelly said. "We are taking this very seriously."

Officers were called Tuesday night to Luiz's home on Massa Drive after receiving multiple complaints that he had been abusing his dog "for the last several months" and that he may have killed the animal. The officers knocked on the door but got no answer and returned Wednesday morning with a search warrant.

"That evening by about 11:45 our dispatch center received a call that a neighbor who lived in the 1100 block of Messa Drive had been beating his dog and they believed it was deceased," said Napa Police Captain Jeff Troendly.

Luiz and his wife did not answer the door that night, so police waited outside. With a search warrant in hand, at 8:30 a.m. the next morning, the couple had no choice but to allow police in.

While serving the warrant, police said they found the dog dead at the home, and that Luiz admitted to killing the animal. Napa police Capt. Jeff Troendly said investigators believe the dog was repeatedly slammed to the ground in the backyard.

Authorities found the 5-month-old German shepherd dead in the laundry room wrapped in a plastic bag.

The wife needs to be charged as well.

A listed phone number for Luiz appeared to be disconnected when called by this newspaper.

New Jersey: Four charged after botched pit bull killing

NEW JERSEY -- A former Barnegat volunteer firefighter convicted of arson is among four people charged in the botched attempt to euthanize a pit bull by shooting it in the head.

Barnegat resident Anthony Sammarco Sr., 40, who was sentenced in 1999 for setting three fires in the township the previous year, and Sean Thomas of New York City were charged Monday by the Burlington County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals for shooting a pit bull named Boss, according to the humane society's website.

 The dog, named Boss by his caretakers at the Stafford Veterinary Hospital, has remained at the hospital since he was found bloodied and injured on Route 9 in the New Gretna section of Bass River on March 7.

The pit bull was shot by Thomas, who is charged by the SPCA with six different counts of animal cruelty, according to Sgt. Joshua Long of the BCSPCA. The State Police charged Sammarco Sr. on Monday with possession of a handgun, possession of a handgun for an unlawful purpose and being a certain person not to possess a handgun, said State Trooper Alina Spies.

State Police also charged Sammarco Sr.'s son, Anthony Sammarco Jr., and his son's girlfriend, Alexis Abbato, with hindering the investigation, Spies said.

Sammarco Sr. was released from the Burlington County jail after posting bond on Tuesday, according to the jail website.

Sammarco Sr. had confessed he broke into a Schooner Avenue home in Barnegat and set a fire there on Feb. 8, 1998. Sammarco, then a lieutenant with the Barnegat Volunteer Fire Company Station 11, admitted telling an arson investigator that another lieutenant in his fire company could be responsible for the blaze.

Sammarco Sr. also told the judge that he set a forest fire near Lower Shore Road on Feb. 27, 1998, and a forest fire near Rosehill Road on March 31, 1998. He tried to implicate a passer-by in the fire near Rosehill Road.

On Tuesday night, Sammarco Sr. contacted the Asbury Park Press to tell his side of the story. He said he never intended to have the dog shot.

"He (Sean Thomas) was supposed to take care of this dog. He (Sean Thomas) was supposed to be a pit bull expert and instead, he shot my dog. I never held the dog down. Do you really think a pit bull will allow you to hold it down? Why would I sit there holding down a dog with a gun?" Sammarco Sr. said.

Sammarco Sr. said he got the dog, named Sonny, from a friend in Edison about five years ago. He had asked Thomas to train the dog because it had bitten him, his son and grandfather.

Sammarco Sr. said he gave the dog to Thomas to train on March 6. He said he learned the dog was shot a couple days later.

"Sean is supposed to be a pit bull expert. He has several pit bulls," Sammarco Sr. said.

Law enforcement officers tell a different story about the shooting.

Long said they intended to kill the animal because it had bitten someone and the owner, Sammarco Sr., wanted to have it put down.

The pit bull was discovered by Shawn Kemple and Dallas McGarrisk, a Tuckerton couple who were driving down Route 9. The couple rescued the animal, believing it was struck by a car, and took it to the veterinary hospital in Stafford.

On March 14, Sammarco Jr., 20, of Little Egg Harbor, and his girlfriend Abbato, 22, of Barnegat were questioned by authorities in the investigation after they came forward to claim the dog, Spies said.

State Police charged Sammarco Jr. and Abbato with hindering the investigation, Spies said. Sammarco Jr. was released after posting $2,000 bail and Abbato was released on a summons.

As for Boss, "he is doing a lot better and working with a trainer," Long said. "He was very cheerful last time I saw him."

The couple who rescued the pit bull have expressed interest in adopting the dog, Long said.

Janice Achey, spokeswoman for the Stafford Veterinary Hospital, did not return calls Tuesday for comment.
