Wisconsin: Rebecca Hollman, 28, facing drug, animal cruelty and child neglect charges

WISCONSIN -- A 28-year-old woman is facing drug possession, child neglect, and animal neglect charges after social workers visited her home on Wausau's west side on Monday afternoon.

Rebecca Kaye Hollman was charged with five misdemeanors earlier today.

Prosecutors say three children were removed from the home for unsafe living conditions. Police found cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the home on the 900 block of South Third Avenue.

Court documents also state eight puppies were in a gated area with out food and water. Officers report dog feces was located throughout the house including on a child's bed.

A child welfare report states "conditions for three children living in the residence was not a safe environment," according to WAOW-TV.
