California: Juan Hernandez, 51, gets an updated mugshot after being charged with animal cruelty

OREGON -- I first posted Juan Hernandez's arrest photo back in October 2016. At the time he had a $10,000 bond so he had to have done something really heinous. However, I couldn't find any news stories or press releases about the case.
