Charged were Chad A. Bollinger, 30, of 7610 Baileyton Road, and Brittney L. Richards, 30, of the same address.
The charges stem from alleged incidents in July 2015, according to reports by Deputy Toby Price.
Bollinger and Richards were asked to move out of a mobile home in the 1800 block of Snake Hollow Road they were renting, reports said.
A county Animal Control officer went to the address on July 20, 2015. Bollinger and Richards had moved out three days earlier and left three dogs and a cat without food, water or care, a report said.
Bollinger and Richards were given 24 hours to pick up the animals. They never did and the dogs and cat were taken into the care of Animal Control.
The trailer was found "in total disarray," a report said.
Holes were found in drywall throughout the trailer, windows were broken, the underpinning of the trailer was damaged, the porch railing was torn off and damage was done to cabinets and furniture in the mobile home, a report said.
The trailer had been furnished by the owner less than one week before the couple moved out.
Deputies were told "damages were done after they were asked to move out," the report said.
Bollinger and Richards allegedly took property inside the trailer, including a stove, bedroom set, dishwasher, washing machine, entertainment center, coffee and end tables, a kitchen table and chairs, a microwave oven, a storm door and two window air conditioners.
The value of the items allegedly taken exceeded $5,500.
Damage to the mobile home totaled $8,000.
Bond for Bollinger and Richards was set at $6,000 each pending a first scheduled General Sessions Court date next week.
