Does anyone one know of any place that would help . His wounds don't seem to be mortal. But could turn really bad without care and knowing the extent of his injurys. Please anyone with any info would be greatly appreciated

Mary Fields: We've never had any problems out of this dog most non aggressive passive pit I've ever encountered. He was raised with my cats and has never been aggressive towards them. I'm very concerned about this behavior.
Wendy Lesovsky: One of my girls was attacked. After taking her to emergency vet and being treated and put on antibiotics, i am posting a before and after (2 months later) picture of sugar therapy treatment. It still cost me thousands, but she didn't require skin transfer surgery, which would have been thousands more!This was before

Wendy Lesovsky: For those who aren't aware, sugar therapy is just making a paste of sugar (I used organic, the vet use C&H) with filtered water. Putting it on daily with a fresh bandage! Can also use Mantuka (sp?) honey!
Shay Shay: If this helps anything we had a fixed female pit bull and a non fixed elderly female mutt and they were best friends for a very long time. The pit bull actually grew up with the other dog, but exactly 8 months ago something happened while we were running errands and the pit bull tore my dogs throat out. The pit bull was 2. The other dog was a small Maltese mix. I don't know why she did it and I never will, he had to get rid of her just in case and she's doing good to this day. I have nothing against pit bulls but I get anxious around them knowing that at any moment they COULD snap.

Sirius Aoki: Shay, you're arrogant. Any dog has the capability to, as you say, "Snap." It's not just a pit bull disposition. That's like saying you lock your door if you see a black man walking down your road because they "could rob you." Anyone has that chance.
Sirius Aoki: Not all pit bulls are like that. Not all black people steal. It IS the same thing. It IS arrogance. Being afraid of a breed because of one side of a cheek is wrong. I'm sorry for your loss. But I will not pity arrogance. Elderly animals can be spayed, for your information. It's better if you do it now than later as uterus lining is susceptible to cancer and prolapse as they age. I'm a veterinary student.
Shay Shay: I'm sure you are but I also study animals. I've done research on fixing her and everything I studied said it's best not to fix her at her age. Not like it matters now. And how is a black person and a pitbull the same? Using the race card isn't going to prove I'm wrong.
