New York: Woman whose Pit Bull has regularly attacked is surprised to actually be cited to court after latest attack

I'm in NY. On LI. We had another Pit attack by a repeat offender this week.

The owner thought all she had to do was pay the vet bills like she's done in the past.

Not this time.

The victims called police. They were served and now have to stand in front of a judge.
